Service advisors
One customer, one page — identity, money, units, and history together.
- Header actions — Ledger (the account's full invoice-and-payment timeline with running balance), the portal button (Enable Portal / Copy Portal Link), New Ticket (pre-filled with this customer), and the edit button.
- Contact card — phones, email, and address; phone and email are click-to-call / click-to-write.
- Account Terms — payment terms, credit limit, discount, tax status, and price level (the pricing tier that auto-applies on their orders).
- Accounts Receivable — aging buckets (Current / 30 / 60 / 90+), Total Balance, YTD purchases, last payment, and Apply Payment for money received against the account.
- Vehicles — every unit with mileage and last-service date; Add Vehicle to grow the fleet; click a unit for its page and service history.
- Order History — recent tickets with status and balance due; View all jumps to the filtered tickets list.
- Price Matrix (managers/accounting) — negotiated pricing for this customer beyond the flat price level: rules like "brake-line parts at wholesale," "part ABC123 at cost + 10%," or a bulk break at 10+. You can link the account to a shared price scheme (its prices track the scheme), import a scheme's rules, save these rules back to a scheme, and export/import as CSV or Excel. Only shown to staff who can see cost/margin.
- Below the fold — portal user access (who can sign in on this account), Contacts (additional people), CRM notes timeline, the Statements panel with Generate, saved documents, and the core deposit bank.
