Reorder report

Reached from the amber Reorder button on the parts catalog. Lists every active, stocked part at or below its reorder point — for the location selected in the location switcher.

What's on it:

1. Summary tiles — Parts to Reorder, Vendors Affected, Est. Reorder Cost.
2. One group per vendor (parts with no supplier land under "No Vendor Assigned"), each with a Create PO button that opens a pre-filled PO.
3. Columns per part: Part #, Description, Location (bin), On Hand, On Order, Reorder At, Suggest Qty, Est. Cost. Out-of-stock lines are flagged red.
4. A New Purchase Order button for ordering anything the report didn't suggest.
