Parts catalog

The full parts list — search, low-stock filter, category pills, and per-location on-hand counts.

Parts

Parts & Inventory, then Parts Catalog. The master list of every active part, with on-hand counts for the location selected in the location switcher (summed when "All locations" is selected).

What's on it:

  1. Search box — part number, description, or UPC.
  2. All / Low Stock tabs — Low Stock shows parts at or below their reorder point, with a count badge.
  3. Category filter pills.
  4. The amber Reorder button (when anything is low) — jumps to the reorder report.
  5. Export CSV and New Part buttons.
  6. Columns: Part #, Description, Location (bins), Cost, Retail, On Hand — low stock shows amber, out of stock shows red, with "+N on order" under the count when a PO is inbound.
