Transfers

The inventory transfer list and detail — Draft, In Transit, Received, and the ship/receive actions.

Parts

Parts & Inventory, then Inventory Transfers. Every stock move between locations, filterable by status.

Status tabs: Draft, In Transit, Received, Cancelled.

What's on it:

  1. Status tabs — Draft, In Transit, Received, Cancelled — plus the New Transfer button.
  2. Each transfer has a number (like TR-2026-0001), a from- and to-location, and line items with shipped vs. received quantities.
  3. On a Draft: Ship and Cancel. On an In Transit transfer: Receive and Cancel (cancelling in transit reverses the ship).
  4. The receive modal accepts short or over shipments and records the variance on the line.
